2. What data we collect
When you visit logcons.at, technical access data is processed as far as necessary for the operation, security and delivery of the website. If you contact us, we process the contact details you provide and the content of your inquiry in order to handle it and respond.
3. Audience measurement with Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand which pages are read and where visitors drop off. Processed are a pseudonymous identifier, the shortened IP address, the pages called up, time on page, approximate location at city level as well as device and browser details.
Only with your consent. Without your explicit consent Google Analytics is not loaded. No cookie is set and no data is transmitted to Google – not even an IP address. Only once you agree in the notice at the foot of the page is the script loaded. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.
We have explicitly disabled the advertising features (Google Signals, ad personalisation) and enabled IP truncation. The data is used solely for audience measurement, not for advertising. A transfer to the USA is not excluded; Google relies for this on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Withdraw at any time. Your consent does not last for ever – you can withdraw it with one click. After that nothing more is loaded.
Storage period: the decision is stored locally in your browser (logcons_consent) and does not leave your device. Analytics data is deleted by Google after 14 months.
4. Language choice and local storage
The chosen language is stored locally in your browser (logcons_lang), so the page appears in the same language on your next visit. This entry is neither transmitted nor analysed; it is required for the operation of the website.
5. Your rights
In particular, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection in accordance with the GDPR. Please direct requests to the contact address given above.
From analysis to implementation
You can assess your current situation in a structured way, derive priorities and define a viable next operational step.
